Healthy Diet by Eating Fresh Fruit

Fruits are an important source of energy and nutrition that are needed for a healthy diet. You can start your diet by eating fresh fruits every day. But you have to know that not all types of fruits are good for your healthy diet. Choose the kinds of fruits which are low in cholesterol, fat, and sugar. If you want to make a healthy diet, try to add fresh fruits and vegetables to every meal you eat.

If you want to lose weight you can lose weight naturally by eating fresh fruit. Diet with bananas
Bananas are rich in starch that can be dissolved, so it will speed up the fat burning process. Bananas are also low in calories. A banana contains about 120 to160 calories. Most of us consume more than a tea spoon of salt per day. Avoid processed, packaged, restaurant and fast food. Processed foods like canned soups or frozen foods contain sodium in excess tea spoon a day.
